Doug Stewart has put together a great list that correlates version numbers of the CLR to knowledge base articles and a short summary of the fix for that version number.
This is great, when you have to debug a wacky problem, or if you just want to make sure that your development, test and prod environments are mostly the same.
On a side note, reading through the knowledge base articles its frightening what bugs have been found in the CLR.
