Pretty exciting news just in from Scott Gu
The source code is not available yet unfortunately.
Microsoft plans to release the source code, after VS2008 has shipped.
Vs2008 will have native functionality to down load the source, and enable debugging into the libraries.
The source code will be released under the Microsoft Reference License (MS-RL).
